The 1st motor truck transportation safety assessment business "Safety excellent business establishment" certified

Recognition was received from the Japan Trucking Association on December 18, 2003.

A number of offices received the 1st recognition. Two companies (four offices) including our company in Hofu City, and 2030 offices in Japan received this recognition.

Concrete action to safety

Training for excellent drivers

We hold a meeting to increase the awareness of safe driving and railway safety to establish professional drivers three times a year.
We have promoted the improvement of the working environment via consultation between the company and the drivers about the demands for improvement.

Further thorough strengthening the maintenance check and holding roll-calls every 24 hours before the vehicle is operated

Management strengthening increases the system of management based on roll call execution points and so far our standards have been upheld.

Safety rally holding

The original "Hofu Express group safety rally" for all employees will be held during Japan's safe month in the beginning of July every year.

*Safety prayer at the Hofu Tenmangu Shrine.

*Execution of safety education and training are examples of measures of safety.

*Accident-free commendations and safety slogan commendations.

"Green management attestation" Acquisition

The green management attestation of the warehouse industry was received from the Traffic Mobility Foundation on November 30, 2006.
It aims to be environment friendly as the trucking business furthered the mission on November 18, 2005.

  It is recognized as a social responsibility to decrease various influences on the environment that occur from distribution services and businesses. Measures to control environmental abuse and to preserve the environment are the forefront of our basic philosophy.

  1. The business abides by all the regulations systems and ordinances that relate to the environment.
  2. Efficiency improvement of the business is promoted. Our effort to conserve energy and save resources is great.
  3. We make take a stand against pollution, and recycle our resources to reduce waste while making an effort to continually improve the environmental.
  4. Every employee has the responsibility to educate themselves about the environment and act for environmental preservation. Therefore understanding and consideration are greatly improved.
  5. All employees are made to be well-known and to persist to achieve, and to maintain this action policy, and it indicates it to outside the company.

Idling Stop Declaration

• Content of the declaration
  Because car exhaust has a big influence on global warming and air pollution we promote "Idling stop" of the cars used by the distributors. This is to ensure environmental preservation.

  3. Idling of the vehicle at standby stops.
  4. Idling when stopping for a long time or when traffic accidents cause traffic to come to a halt.
